10 reviews for Seasonal Ceremonial Blend Matcha (40g)

  1. Cynthia

Never knew i needed matcha in my life til I had some. It was sweet, with delicious nutty and earthy tones.
    Its exactly what I wanted.

  2. Surya

I didnt expect that this is very economical. This small teeny can lasted me more than a month!

I learned that a little of the product does A LOT. I only use about 1/2 – 1 tsp and add around 8-10 oz of water.
Dont be like me, on my first try, I used two heaping tablespoon scoops of matcha. I learned that the hard way.

For storage, I place it inside the fridge so it retains its freshness a lot longer.

  3. Kyle

This just fits the description of how a high quality matcha should be.

First of all, the color was this really beautiful deep shade of green.

and the aroma is just wonderful. Its like this relaxing clean grassy smell. I cant bring enough
    words explain it.

I can feel an energy boost but without the jittery feels compared to coffee. Sometimes,
I feel to overly energetic and experience a sudden fatigue with coffee, but I never experience that
    with matcha.

  4. Gen

Needs a better packaging. I personally have no complains regarding the quality. I am in no way an expert in matcha, but I love the taste of this. Its clean and refreshing However, the product comes in non-resealable pouch inside a tin can. Every time I scoop, a cloud of green powder just fluffs everywhere. So it is hard for me not to make a mess and waste too much product.

  5. Qingli

I prefer this brand because I think it foams better (which results into a really nice
cream) than the previous brands I have tried. It fills me up, and I can feel a noticeable boost in energy.

Thanks to our good relationships with a tea blender and a 4th generation tea farm owner in Kagoshima, we are able to bring you the best of Kagoshima matcha at a fantastic price. This blend is not typically exported outside Japan.

This blend comprises leaves grown in the Chiran region of Kagoshima. This is an elevated area near a volcano and the rich fertile soils provide a unique terroir. Many interesting blends can be created from the tea plants grown in the Chiran region of Kagoshima, and the tea plants are shade grown, processed into tencha at modern facilities and only ground into matcha powder right before it leaves Japan for the USA.
