I love making Matcha lattes at home, but I think I just prefer a stronger Matcha profile. The color of the barista blend is really dull compared to the other blends that I’ve purchased from Naoki (photo comparison is the chiran blend). I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like this, I bought it just to experiment, but I will not be ordering it again.

Such a great deal!! Matcha is typically around $8 and when I was trying to master making matcha, I wasn’t using great matcha powder. This powder is a beautiful green, micro-foams well, and satisfies my matcha cravings!!! I love it!!!
